I fully guarantee the quality of my work. If the jewellery is worn with a reasonable amount of care (no hitting it with a hammer!) then I will repair or replace any damaged piece that is returned within the first 18 months after purchase.

I will happily exchange for change of mind, but will unfortunately not offer a refund. Postage is at buyers expense.

If you require an ordered item by a specific date, then please notify me at time of order. If you notify me at the time of order and I fail to meet the deadline, then I will refund your purchase if you wish to return it. If you do not notify me of the need to meet a deadline then I will not offer a refund for "late delivery".

I am happy to create custom designed pieces. In these cases, once you have approved the design I submit for your review, there will then be no refund for change of mind, nor will exchange be offered. The only time a refund will be offered on custom designs is if the customer can demonstrate that the piece is demonstratively different to the design the customer approved, or if the manufacture is faulty.
